Booster for Nursing Moms


I remembered sometime ago I read Sha a.k.a MamaDhea(.D.H.E.A.S.Y.A.)
posting on the new Magnolia Milk with Oat that she had tried…& when we went for our usual monthly grocery shopping at Tesco, I grabbed it while recalling her post. Taste great! Suits me well…

Then, Kakyong (Catatan Ibu) shared that she like eating IKO biscuit & resulting abundant production of Mom’s Precious. Again, at Tesco, recalling her posting on this, I grabbed 2 boxes of that, one is Pumpkin Oat & the other one is Muesli. Yet to be consumption by me. (Errr…I kept forgetting)

Additionally, cashew nut & sunflower seed (kuaci daa) for snacks..read it before that it aids milk production well, actually most seeds & nuts good for nursing moms. But, please take it moderately…(apa-apa dalam dunia ni pun kena bersederhana, kan?)

Anything to boost the milk production….

  1. Salam Hanz..kakyong la ni beli 1 tin biskut IKO (konon2 bior stock sentiasa ada).. rupernya suami ku yg tolong perabiskan, sampai ku usik – pasni ayah lah yg tetek kan Aliya.. huhuuu… tp memang harus bersederhana.. ku tak berani nak makan byk2.. limit 1 pack 1 hai jer..

  2. Saya dah addicted makan biskut Iko tu…satu bulan mesti beli 4 atau 5 kotak….hari2 makan :DAt first saya makan ni utk jaga diet.. bila bf kan kite selalu lapa dan rase nak mengunyah je…so my husband recommend this biscuit as my snack..

  3. Hee hee I pun sgt SUKA biskut IKO tu. Biskut tu le yg I kunyah masa dlm pantang, dgn Jacob’s Hi-Fiber jugak. Skrg ni i dh jarang beli. Sebab kalau beli CEPAT benar habis haa haa..!Hmmm tengok gambar ni teringin pulak..nanti nak beli lah 🙂

Waaahhh…ramainya suka makan biskut IKO, x leh ajdi ni, balik keje karang mesti makan, x leh lupa!Kakyong, kelakarlah cara kakyong usik hubby kakyong..Farah, makan malam2 & x makan nasi, boleh diet sambil banyakkan susu, cun jugakkan?Millie…ni mesti sedap sebab slalu habis..beli jangan tak beli…Azza, cicah milo?..ish2 menjadi-jadi fenomena ni..LOL 😛

  8. hi hanz, i haven’t tried oat milk before, will do it soon…hm….LOVE IKO biscuits! both me n my son! can easily finish 1 tin/big pack! :)nuts….ate a lot while pregnant…PAPAYA! a nother GREAT booster!really really works, ok?
