How Hanz reduces stress in 10 ways

Arranged randomly as handy as needed.

1. Exercise. My Smart-Shop Strider comes to its rescue.

2. Heat-up in Sauna. My portable sauna plays its part on 2010 Mission for skinny legs. Ask Aida about this sauna.

3. Chocolate indulgences. Lots of it. Sugar is good for brainstorming.

4. Coffee. Caffeine-dose. Perks me up anytime.

5. Good novel. Just dive in. Even fairy tales by Enid Blyton will do.

6. Sleep.

7. Back to Square One. Back to the Creator. Self-reflection.

8. Dance. Any music will do and with good partner like Baby Hambali & Hanafi sure works magic.

9. Cuddle. Lots of it with dear hubby while watching favourite tv show or movie.

10. Hanging-out and do something with my boys. As long as out of the house.

  1. i destress:1) walk to the market & shop for bargain organics, usually try to get max stuff within $10. 2) nice hot shower (while menyanyi)3) footscrub & facial4) soak in the tub dgn miya 5) cooking..trying new recipehmm byk lg la..nnt penuh lak kat sini..LOLcoffee is a must to cheer me in the morning.

  2. 1. Spa! If I ever have kid-free time, I immediately book some kind of spa treatment2. Meeting with friends, even if its at my house with kids running around3. Eating out (no need to cook + going out)4. Watching a chick flick on DVD5. Blog-hopping ;)6. Cuddling with my kids

  10. Nad, sauna tu berbaloi-baloi..gi check kat blog Aida ya..dulu2 me kena gi spa atau beauty center nk buat sauna, kan..skarang boley buat kat umah jer…senang…
